To give you perspective!,It is the sellers responsibility to supply a aeronautical certification on the equipment they wish to sell,that way it protects the buyer and seller from redress of grievance on any item which may prove to be sub-standard.this is the way its done!
This will independently confirm what you are saying about your glider, and is standard practice throughout Europe.If you don't wish to get your glider inspected at the "sellers cost "i suggest you put a price on your glider and be done with it.when you ask people to "make an offer" you could end up with a very wide range of price variation without certification
